What We Do

Profectus Education, Consulting and Coaching Service (PECCS) is dedicated to supporting education at all levels from pre-service and inservice teachers and school leaders through to Universities. We specialise in the review and evaluation of existing programs as well as the development of new initiatives and the coaching of individuals and groups.

The PECCS team have successfully coached individual teachers, aspirant school leaders, developing school leaders and whole school communities. Our approach to coaching follows our own well established, peer reviewed and published framework that incorporates research, contemporary thinking and the practical work of participants.
